The British Museum
is the most popular site in London and over six million people visit it each year. The latest renovation in the museum is a large courtyard, which was covered by a ceiling a few years ago, and at the center of which is the beautiful Reading Room. The prominent attractions are the Egyptian mummies, the Parthenon statues from Athens, the Rosetta stone that was used to decipher the hieroglyphics, and more.
