PN Montagne D'ambre: waterfalls (the 3 main ones are must sees), crater lakes, biologically very diverse, Bush taxis travel to Joffreville daily, and leave from Diego near the Star bottling factory. A private taxi should cost around 30-40k ariary, and will take 45 min. On the trip up the mountain you pass small villages, and you can Sakaramy to get local fruits (try the odd looking jack fruit). There's a lodge in the park for 8k ariary / night. Ankarana Reserve: karst topography, with caves and underground rivers. To the west, it ends abruptly in the "Wall of Ankarana", a sheer cliff that extends for 25 kilometers. Tower karst in the south and tsingy in the center.
