It's a nice walk in the city.
Day 1
Start at the Palais des Papes
, the Papal Palace and then follow the signposts that lead you along the short walk to the
Pont d’Avignon
. Turn left and walk along the riverbank to reach the bridge
Pont Édouard
. Cross the bridge and turn right to enjoy the best view of Avignon. Drive to Aix-en-Provence to finish the day.
