Day 1: Drive to St Tropez from Aix-en-Provence. Watch for celebrities in the Old Port - Vieux Port or else join the locals in a game of pétanque in the shaded Place des Lices. If you have the energy, walk east from the harbor to visit the museum at the Citadelle de St Tropez. Drive to Nice in the early evening.
